Associate Digital Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

As part of the Agency Habitat team, the Associate Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for the collection, organization, interpretation, and optimization recommendations of agency client campaign results and data. This role will support the agency team in generating internal and external reports measuring the success of client initiatives and providing insights to determine recommended optimizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and monitors data dashboards for clients
  • Collects, manages, and analyzes digital marketing campaign data across multiple platforms and agency clients
  • Monitors assigned digital marketing data sources and communicates performance changes to agency analytics team
  • Provides recommended optimizations based on collected data
  • Performs research to identify digital trends and assess performance
  • Presents findings to internal and external teams
  • Develops insightful, data-driven reports for the internal agency team and agency clients
  • Utilizes digital data collection and reporting platforms including Google Analytics
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Reports to: Senior Paid Media Manager

Manages: This role does not manage others

External Relationships: Clients, Vendors


Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Advertising/PR, Finance or related fields) preferred

Work Experience: Approximately 2+ years working directly in digital media, search or social media platforms; agency experience a plus

Work Requirements: Potential for occasional overtime and travel. May work odd hours.

Knowledge and skill set requirements:

  • Ability to report raw analytical data to your manager and assist in identifying trends/insights
  • Strong knowledge of general and digital marketing principles and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, graphs, and charts)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize time across different agency clients and deliverables
  • Ability to critically think and creatively solve problems
  • Google Analytics experience required
  • Google Ad certification required within 30 days of start date
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines and demonstration of a flexible and adaptable work style
  • Knowledge of DSP platforms a plus
