Studio Production Assistant Intern – Fall 2026
The Role:
Our paid internship program is dedicated to recognizing and nurturing young talent by offering hands-on opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive environment. Studio Production Assistant interns are immersed in the culture of a dynamic agency from day one — shadowing, learning from, and supporting our in-house photographers, stylists, and videographers.
This is a physical, on-your-feet role built around equipment operations, studio organization, and production support. If you’re motivated, hardworking, and genuinely enthusiastic about photography and videography, this is a rare chance to learn how a professional production studio actually runs.
You’ll report to our Studio Director and/or their appointees.
Brands We Work With:
WHAT YOU’D DO
— Handle and maintain the gear — the primary focus of this role. You’ll assist with the handling, maintenance, and organization of our extensive inventory of photo and video equipment, with a special emphasis on video gear: cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods, gimbals, and accessories.
— Own the inventory system — checking equipment in and out, tracking condition, and making sure every item is properly maintained and cleaned between uses.
— Keep the studio running — contributing to the cleanliness and organization of the studio space so it stays efficient and welcoming for clients and the team.
— Support video production — helping the studio team during shoots, workshops, and events, including equipment setup and on-site client support.
— Work alongside the in-house team — collaborating closely with photographers, stylists, and videographers across their projects and productions.
WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
— Setting up and breaking down equipment for photo and video shoots
— Checking gear in and out, tracking its condition, and cleaning and storing it properly after use

— Assisting photographers, videographers, and stylists with whatever the project needs
— Occasionally working outside standard hours for events or special projects
WHO YOU ARE
— A senior working toward or holding a Bachelor’s degree in RTVF, Cinematic Arts, Media Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
— Genuinely enthusiastic about photography and videography — this comes through in how you show up
— Basic knowledge of videography equipment and video production
— Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
— A strong team player with solid interpersonal and customer service skills
— Able to work independently and as part of a team, often at the same time
— Positive, proactive, and reliable — you don’t wait to be told what needs doing
— Must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing 50+ pounds
— Flexible with scheduling — this role occasionally runs outside the standard 8:30–5 workday
— Based in Fort Worth or ready to be — minimum 24–29 hours per week, in-office at $12/hour
WHAT WE OFFER
— Paid internship at $12/hour
— Hands-on experience with professional photo and video production equipment inside a working agency studio
— A front-row seat to how real shoots come together — from setup through wrap
— Close collaboration with photographers, videographers, and stylists on actual client projects
— A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)
— A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot
OUR CULTURE
We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.
Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.
