Brand
We’re a creative agency for social-native brands in beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, and CPG — handling brand, social, production, and interactive under one roof. Because the websites we build feel like the videos we shoot, which feel like the conversations we start, which never lose sight of the why at the heart of it all.

The Role:

Our Creative Copywriting interns support the creative team across the entire agency. You’ll get a full picture of what Creatives actually do day-to-day — researching campaigns, participating in concepting,
writing original copy, incorporating client feedback, and more.

This involves close collaboration with our account team. Long story short: copywriters are an important part of a bigger creative vision that happens when talented people work hard and have fun pushing boundaries to create awesome stuff.

You’ll report to our Director of Copywriting and/or their designees.

Brands We Work With:

WHAT YOU’D DO

— The brainstorm — individually and as part of the creative team, regularly conceptualizing ideas that actually go somewhere.
— The copy — branding and social content for multiple clients, each with a unique voice, maintained with quality and consistency even when you’re switching gears constantly.
— The research — deep dives into client industries, products, customers, and trends so your words are grounded in something real.
— On-screen copy and captions — engaging, captivating, and dialed into the tone and voice of each client.
— The brief — following creative briefs, budgeted time, and deadlines without needing to be chased.
— The pitch — assisting with presentations to sell ideas when the moment calls for it.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

— Writing copy across multiple clients and formats — branding, campaigns, social — often in the same day
— Sitting in on concepting sessions and contributing ideas, not just observing
— Researching industries, audiences, and trends to inform what you write
— Incorporating client and internal feedback quickly and without ego
— Collaborating with the account team to make sure the work lands
— Assisting in presentations and pitches when your work is in the room
— Showing up on camera when the project calls for it

WHO YOU ARE

— Working toward (or holding) a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism, English, or a related field
— You have a portfolio — an online one, with real creative work in it. This is required.
— You can write in a range of styles and tones and know the difference between a brand voice and your own
— You have a solid command of AP style and apply it consistently
— You’re solutions-oriented — in good situations and hard ones
— You learn fast, produce under pressure, and adapt when things shift
— You’re willing to stand behind your work and take criticism when it’s warranted
— You’re a collaborator with a positive attitude who builds good relationships across departments
— You’re proactive — you don’t wait to be told what needs doing
— You’re comfortable on camera
— Based in Fort Worth or ready to be — minimum 24–29 hours per week, in-office at $12/hour

WHAT WE OFFER

— Paid internship at $12/hour
— Real creative work on real brands — the kind you’ll actually want in your portfolio
— A front-row seat to how a full-service creative agency operates, from brief to final delivery
— Close collaboration with copywriters, art directors, strategists, and account leads
— A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)
— A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot

OUR CULTURE

We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.

Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.
