We’re a creative agency for social-native brands in beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, and CPG — handling brand, social, production, and interactive under one roof. Because the websites we build feel like the videos we shoot, which feel like the conversations we start, which never lose sight of the why at the heart of it all.

The Role:

You’ll be in the middle of a growing e-commerce operation inside a creative agency and production studio environment. This role supports the day-to-day systems that keep a product business moving: inventory, fulfillment, marketplace operations, product data, reporting, customer order flow, product launches, and process improvement.

You’ll support the operating bridge between the physical product business and the agency’s broader brand, marketing, marketplace, customer, and growth efforts. That means the work is both hands-on and business-facing: real inventory, real orders, real reports, real product launches, and real timelines.

This is a hands-on role, but not just a packing role. You’ll help manage stock, fulfill multi-channel orders, monitor inventory accuracy, support e-commerce updates, assist with basic reporting, and help flag issues before they become bigger problems.

A realistic part of the role is fulfillment and FBA prep. Around 20–30% of the work, especially during downtime, may include labeling, organizing, bundling, kitting, packing, staging, and prepping inventory for Amazon FBA, DTC, and other sales channels.

You’ll also get exposure to the broader operating side of e-commerce: marketplace health checks, sales and inventory reports, competitive research, returns trends, listing updates, new product launch prep, process documentation, and cross-channel projects.

Because this role sits inside Agency Habitat, you’ll also see how e-commerce connects with Brand, Social, Production, and Interactive. You won’t be siloed into one narrow lane. You’ll get a real look at how product, content, inventory, fulfillment, marketing, customer experience, and sales all connect.

If you’re interested in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, operations, and learning how a physical product business actually works day to day, this is a strong chance to see it from the ground up.

You’ll report to our Director of E-Commerce, Fulfillment & Operations and/or their appointees.

Brands We Work With:

WHAT YOU’D DO

  • Fulfill daily multi-channel orders — picking, packing, verifying, and staging shipments with speed and accuracy.
  • Support FBA and fulfillment prep — helping label, organize, prep, bundle, kit, pack, and stage inventory for Amazon, DTC, and other sales channels as needed.
  • Help manage e-commerce stock — receiving inventory, restocking shelves, labeling SKUs, organizing products, and keeping inventory easy to operate from.
  • Track inventory accuracy — running cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, checking stock levels, and helping prevent small inventory issues from becoming larger business problems.
  • Support marketplace operations — pulling basic reports, reviewing product data, checking listing accuracy, and flagging trends or issues worth noting.
  • Help maintain reports and trackers — supporting simple reporting around inventory, fulfillment, marketplace performance, process improvements, and business growth.
  • Assist with market research — helping review competing products, marketplace trends, customer language, pricing, content, and positioning.
  • Support product launch and growth projects — assisting with new SKU setup, listing cleanup, inventory planning, restocks, and operational improvements.
  • Help with new channel research — supporting early work tied to marketplace expansion, product positioning, and possible new e-commerce verticals.
  • Support cross-team projects — helping connect e-commerce needs with Brand, Social, Production, and Interactive when projects require content, assets, updates, or launch support.
  • Support customer order flow — helping process returns, replacement orders, repeat issues, and fulfillment records so the customer experience stays clean.
  • Support the e-commerce operating system — helping with the repeatable pieces across physical operations, marketplace operations, reporting/accountability, and cross-team coordination.
  • Improve the process — spotting inefficiencies in the warehouse, fulfillment flow, product data, reporting process, inventory setup, or marketplace workflow and raising them proactively.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

  • Fulfilling orders across multiple e-commerce channels
  • Prepping inventory for FBA shipments, restocks, bundles, kits, and product launches
  • Receiving, organizing, labeling, and restocking inbound inventory
  • Running stock counts and reconciling inventory issues
  • Reviewing marketplace, logistics, inventory, sales, and order reports
  • Helping update weekly e-commerce trackers and flag anything unusual
  • Researching competitors, marketplace trends, customer search behavior, or new marketplace opportunities
  • Checking product listings, SKU data, and fulfillment records for accuracy
  • Supporting returns, replacement orders, and customer order follow-up
  • Helping prepare for new product launches, restocks, sales pushes, and marketplace updates
  • Supporting projects that connect with Brand, Social, Production, or Interactive
  • Documenting repeat processes so the operation gets cleaner as it grows, and leveraging AI tools to help accelerate business growth
  • Driving to and from the office and carrier drop-off desks as needed
  • Looking for ways to make the business cleaner, faster, smarter, and easier to scale

TOOLS YOU’LL LEARN

Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace dashboards, inventory and fulfillment systems, shipping and logistics tools, reporting dashboards, Dropbox ecosystem, Google Sheets, product data trackers, SOP documents, competitive research workflows, FBA prep workflows, and the operating rhythms behind a growing e-commerce business — from physical operations to marketplace execution, reporting, and cross-functional agency support.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A current student or recent grad — any major welcome; supply chain, logistics, business, marketing, or entrepreneurship is a bonus
  • Previous warehouse, stockroom, retail, e-commerce, or hands-on operational experience is a plus, but not required
  • Interested in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, operations, marketplace growth, or learning how a growing product business runs behind the scenes
  • Highly organized, punctual, and dependable — you follow through without being chased
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in getting things right
  • Comfortable with both hands-on work and basic reporting/admin work — this role moves between the warehouse, spreadsheets, marketplace dashboards, team coordination, and day-to-day problem solving
  • Comfortable with physical, detail-oriented work when needed, including inventory prep, labeling, packing, organizing, and staging products
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes
  • Basic Google Sheets or Excel proficiency
  • Proactive — you flag issues and inefficiencies instead of waiting for someone else to notice
  • Curious enough to ask why something is done a certain way, and practical enough to help make it better
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and drive to and from the office and carrier drop-off locations
  • Based in Fort Worth or ready to be — minimum 24–29 hours per week, in-office at $12/hour

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Paid internship at $12/hour
  • Ground-up experience in real e-commerce operations inside a creative agency environment — a genuinely rare combination
  • Hands-on exposure to fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, marketplace operations, reporting, and product launch support
  • A chance to see how the physical product pipeline connects to brand, content, marketing, customer experience, and strategy
  • Real exposure to the operating details behind a growing product business — inventory, FBA prep, order flow, marketplace updates, reporting, process documentation, and cross-team coordination
  • A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)
  • A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot

OUR CULTURE

We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.

Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.
