Revision Skincare came to us with two core challenges: expanding into new audiences and evolving their brand and messaging to connect more directly with younger Millennial consumers through social commerce and e-commerce channels. With a deeply established clinical foundation, backed by rigorous R&D, formulation standards, and scientific credibility, Revision needed a way to translate that depth into messaging that felt more approachable, modern, and consumer-friendly. Our approach reestablished a clear messaging hierarchy across the brand, defining the core products to lead with and developing content that balances visually arresting, abstract storytelling with credible clinical education. This framework was then applied across key moments in the skincare awareness and discovery journey, allowing Revision to confidently scale into e-commerce and Amazon while preserving the integrity of its science and reinforcing its authority in skin longevity.
