Social Content Creator
The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Content Creator who knows their way around an iPhone camera, has an eye for great content, and understands what makes people stop scrolling.
You’ll work alongside our Content Creators, Social Media Art Directors, and creative team to bring social-first ideas to life. From shooting and editing short-form videos to creating UGC-style content, you’ll help turn creative direction into engaging, platform-ready content for brands people love.
You know what’s trending, understand what works across platforms, and have the personality and confidence to bring content to life on screen. Whether you’re behind the camera capturing the perfect shot or in front of it bringing energy and authenticity to a brand, you’re comfortable doing both.
Brands We Work With:
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Social-first content creation — shooting and editing iPhone-based video and photo content that aligns with approved creative direction, brand strategy, and platform best practices.
- UGC-style content — bringing short-form concepts to life, whether you’re behind the camera or starring in the content yourself.
- Creative execution — collaborating with Content Creators and Social Media Art Directors to execute approved shot lists and creative concepts.
- Platform-ready deliverables — producing polished, engaging content that’s ready for Social Media Art Director review and aligned with each brand’s creative direction.
- Trends and cultural moments — keeping a pulse on emerging formats, platform updates, and what’s happening in culture, and bringing relevant ideas to the table.
- Production organization — keeping Dropbox files organized, following established workflows, and ensuring content is delivered efficiently and consistently.
WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
- Shooting and editing short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, and social-first photo content using your iPhone.
- Working alongside Social Media Art Directors and Content Creators to bring approved shot lists and creative concepts to life.
- Creating UGC-style content, including occasionally stepping in front of the camera.
- Editing content in CapCut, Edits, or other mobile editing apps.
- Scrolling with a purpose — keeping up with emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments worth bringing to our brands.
- Preparing and delivering content for review, making sure everything meets creative expectations and quality standards.
- Keeping production files organized and projects moving through established workflows.
- Collaborating with fellow creatives, supporting production needs, and working with interns when needed.
- Jumping into additional creative projects and production tasks as they come up.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 1+ years of experience creating content for social media, ideally for brands. Agency experience is a plus.
- You have an online portfolio that shows off your creative work, including TikToks, Instagram Reels, and UGC-style content.
- You’re comfortable shooting and editing directly on your iPhone and know your way around CapCut, Edits, or similar editing apps.
- You understand the ins and outs of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other social platforms — and what makes content work on each.
- You’re confident in front of the camera and know how to bring big personality to UGC-style content.
- You have a strong creative eye and pay attention to the little details that make content feel polished.
- You’re a natural collaborator who enjoys working with different creative disciplines and knows how to take direction and feedback.
- You’re a clear communicator, whether you’re sharing an idea, asking a question, or working through creative feedback.
- You can juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality when things get busy.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable jumping in wherever you’re needed.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising/PR, RTVF, or a related field
- You’re based in Fort Worth or ready to be, and you’re flexible when occasional events, shoots, travel, or special projects fall outside the typical 8:30–5:00 workday.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonus
- 401(k), full benefits, generous PTO, and a holiday schedule that respects your life
- Work alongside an in-house photo, video, design, influencer, and paid media team — all under one roof
- Clients you’ll be proud to put in your portfolio
- A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)
OUR CULTURE
We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.
Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.
READY?
Send us your resume and a portfolio featuring your best social content — especially TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style work. We want to see what you’ve created, how you think, and what you can bring to the camera (on either side of it).
