Content Creation Intern – Fall 2026
The Role:
Content is the heart of everything we do. We’ve revolutionized the agency model to meet the modern need for agile, dynamic content creation — and this role sits right at the center of it.
Content Creation Interns plan, shoot, edit, and post content for clients across social platforms, report on performance analytics, and learn how to turn data into strategic recommendations. You’ll connect with content creators and Social Media Art Directors to produce content that’s on brand and on strategy — without creative compromise.
Staying ahead of social, cultural, and industry trends isn’t a nice-to-have here. It’s the job.
You’ll report to our VP of Brand and/or their appointees.
Brands We Work With:
WHAT YOU’D DO
— Shoot and edit social content — informed by the latest trends and best practices, natively on iPhone.
— Show up on screen — casting, scripting, and performing in short-form video content alongside internal creative teams.
— Write copy that works — on-screen text and captions that capture the tone and voice of each client.
— Spot what’s trending — identifying sounds, trends, and UGC that will enhance brand stories and resonate with target audiences.
— Keep the calendar alive — using social scheduling platforms to maintain a timely and consistent posting cadence.
— Read the data — monitoring post performance through real-time dashboards and reporting tools, then translating it into insight.
— Bring ideas to the table — researching each client deeply enough to contribute to monthly content brainstorms.
— Find opportunities — working with internal teams to identify creative testing and optimization plays within accounts.
WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
— Shooting and editing content for multiple clients — sometimes on the same day
— Scrolling with purpose — monitoring trends, sounds, and cultural conversations across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and beyond
— Pulling analytics and flagging what the numbers are actually saying
— Collaborating with social media art directors, content creators, and account leads to keep content on brief
— Scheduling posts and keeping the content calendar moving
— Showing up on camera when the project calls for it
— Contributing ideas in monthly content brainstorms — not just executing someone else’s
WHO YOU ARE
— Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, RTVF, or a related field
— You have a portfolio — including at least 3 TikToks or Reels you’ve made for a brand or business. Never done that? Pick a product you love and make something.
— Art direction and graphic design skills a huge plus
— Around 1+ year creating content for social media; agency experience is a plus
— Proficient shooting and editing natively on iPhone, with solid CapCut knowledge
— Fluent across social platforms — Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and wherever things are heading next
— Confident on camera with a personality that comes through in the work
— Strong art direction instincts and a sharp eye for detail
— Familiar with performance marketing basics and open to learning keyword strategy and in-video SEO
— Able to pull raw analytics, spot trends, and communicate what they mean
— Flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure and on tight deadlines
— Proactive — you bring ideas before you’re asked
— Based in Fort Worth or ready to be — minimum 24–29 hours per week, in-office at $12/hour
WHAT WE OFFER
— Paid internship at $12/hour
— Real content work on real brands — the kind your future employers will actually watch
— Hands-on experience across the full content lifecycle: strategy, shooting, editing, posting, and reporting
— A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)
— A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot
OUR CULTURE
We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.
Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.
READY?
Send us your portfolio (with those TikToks or Reels), your resume, and a short note on a piece of content you’ve seen recently that stopped your scroll — and why it worked.
