The Agency Habitat / Lowtown Studios Experience:

As part of the Agency Habitat and Lowtown Studios team, you’ll be in the heart of a high energy agency and production studio environment propelling our fulfilment operations forward. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented intern to support day-to-day order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse organization, and light e-commerce operations. This is a hands-on position that keeps our physical product pipeline running smoothly and accurately. You’ll spend most of your time on your feet – picking, packing, receiving shipments, counting inventory, and helping optimize how we get orders out the door in a fast-paced yet structured environment. There are many fulfillment-related jobs, but very, very few in such a dynamic agency environment. If you take pride in getting things done right and want to learn how real e-commerce works from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and ship daily multi-channel orders (accuracy and speed are critical)
  • Print labels, verify contents, prepare batches, and stage for carrier pickup.
  • Receive inbound inventory, restock shelves, label new SKUs, and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Pull basic reports from marketplaces and dashboards
  • Assist with return processing, data entry, listing accuracy checks, and product content organization
  • Support special projects: inventory audits, process improvements, and fulfillment-space optimization
  • Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as needed

Tools You’ll Learn

  • Marketplace Seller Accounts, Reporting Dashboards, and Logistics Dashboards, with the potential to explore deep into the native systems within each specific sales vertical.

Knowledge and Skillset Requirements:

  • Highly organized, punctual, and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, repetitive but detail-oriented tasks)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes
  • Basic Google Sheets/Excel proficiency
  • Proactive and willing to flag issues or inefficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Education: Current student or recent graduate preferred (any major considered; supply chain, logistics, or business is a bonus) but not required.  Any education background is acceptable, with interest in operations, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce business considered a plus.
  • Work Experience: Previous warehouse, stockroom, retail, or similar hands-on experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Work Requirements: Minimum of 24-29 hours per week in our office @ 12/hour. This role requires the physical ability to lift over 50 pounds and to be able to drive to and from the office and distribution centers.

Relationships:

  • Reports to: Director of E-Commerce, Fulfillment & Operations and/or their appointees
  • External Relationships: Clients and Vendors

Location:

  • Entirely on-site in Fort Worth, TX
