We’re a creative agency for social-native brands in beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, and CPG — handling brand, social, production, and interactive under one roof. Because the websites we build feel like the videos we shoot, which feel like the conversations we start, which never lose sight of the why at the heart of it all.

The Role:

Content is the heart of everything we do. We’ve revolutionized the agency model to meet the modern need for agile, dynamic content creation — and influencer partnerships are a key part of how we deliver it.

The Influencer Management Intern focuses on strategic seeding, content analysis, and engagement to support our influencer partnerships across clients. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with art directors, content creators, photographers, videographers, and set stylists to help produce content that’s on brand and on strategy — without creative compromise.

Staying ahead of social, cultural, and industry trends isn’t optional here — it’s the job. You’ll report to our Influencer Management Team and/or their appointees.

Brands We Work With:

WHAT YOU’D DO

— Build influencer partnerships — identifying and cultivating relationships with creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

— Own seeding and outreach — establishing and managing partnerships for product seeding and longer-term collaborations.

— Evaluate content fit — reviewing influencer content for brand alignment, visual appeal, and consistency with client values.

— Report on performance — compiling weekly reports that track engagement rates, sales conversions, seeding outreach status, and campaign results.

— Research the landscape — staying current on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts, then putting that knowledge to work.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

— Researching and vetting potential influencer partners across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

— Drafting and sending DM outreach and managing responses from creators

— Reviewing influencer content for brand fit and flagging anything that’s off-strategy

— Pulling weekly performance reports and tracking key metrics across active campaigns

— Monitoring trends and emerging creators to stay ahead of what’s next

— Collaborating with the social and creative teams to align influencer work with broader brand strategy

— Keeping partnership trackers, seeding logs, and campaign dashboards organized and up to date

WHO YOU ARE

— Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, RTVF, or a related field

— Genuinely passionate about influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital content

— Fluent on Instagram and TikTok, and familiar with how creators operate on each

— An exceptional written communicator — especially in DM outreach and creator engagement

— Familiar with social media management and influencer management tools— Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets

— Analytically strong — you understand engagement rate, impressions, reach, and what those numbers actually mean

— Highly organized, proactive, and dependable — this role moves fast and details matter

— A natural collaborator who can work independently and as part of a team

— Based in Fort Worth or ready to be — minimum 21–29 hours per week, in-office at $12/hour

WHAT WE OFFER

— Paid internship at $12/hour

— Real influencer campaign work across multiple brands — from seeding to performance reporting

— Hands-on exposure to creator partnerships, outreach strategy, and campaign analytics

— Collaboration with social strategists, art directors, content creators, and paid media leads all under one roof

— A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)

— A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot

OUR CULTURE

We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.

Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.

Send us your resume and a short note on a creator you think is building something special right now — and why a brand should want to work with them.
