We’re a creative agency for social-native brands in beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, and CPG — handling brand, social, production, and interactive under one roof. Because the websites we build feel like the videos we shoot, which feel like the conversations we start, which never lose sight of the why at the heart of it all.

The Role:

Content is the heart of everything we do. We’ve revolutionized the agency model to meet the modern need for agile, dynamic content creation — and great styling is a big part of what makes it work.

The Styling Assistant Intern supports photoshoots, creates sets, composes shots for photographers and videographers, manages the prop room, handles returns, and assists with social content creation and asset delivery. You’ll connect with art directors, content creators, and animators to help produce content that’s on brand and on strategy — without creative compromise.

Flexibility is non-negotiable here. You’ll work with a wide range of people across disciplines, pivot quickly when things shift, and bring creative solutions on the fly. You’ll report to our Studio Director and/or their appointees.

Brands We Work With:

WHAT YOU’D DO

— Support shoots from start to finish — assisting with execution and management of client photoshoots and content creation.

— Build the set — creating sets, composing shots, and supporting styling on both small and large productions.

— Own the prop room — maintaining and managing props, set pieces, and wardrobe so everything is organized and accounted for.

— Source what’s needed — shopping for props, backgrounds, and wardrobe, running errands, and making returns as needed.

— Manage the budget — creating prop lists and keeping prop spend on track.

— Stay trend-aware — researching styling techniques and trends to bring fresh ideas to shoots.

— Show up in the room — attending studio meetings, developing an understanding of overall processes, and contributing creative ideas.

— Assist on location — occasionally supporting shoots outside the studio and outside normal business hours.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

— Prepping and executing client photoshoots — building sets, pulling wardrobe, organizing props

— Shopping for styling supplies, making returns, and managing the prop room between shoots

— Assisting the lead stylist on larger productions and supporting photographers and videographers on set

— Creating prop lists and tracking the budget for upcoming shoots

— Researching styling trends and bringing references and ideas to the creative team

— Attending studio meetings and learning how the broader production process fits together

— Occasionally traveling to location shoots or working outside standard hours for agency events or special projects

WHO YOU ARE

— Working toward or holding a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Photography, Interior Design, Apparel Design, Graphic Design, Art, or a related field

— You have a portfolio — an online one, with real creative work in it. This is required.

— A sharp eye for detail and strong artistic instincts— Solid understanding of basic design principles and a working knowledge of photography, marketing, and social media

— Flexible and adaptable — you pivot quickly and come up with alternate options on the fly

— Able to multitask, stay on schedule, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

— Comfortable working under pressure and collaborating with people from different backgrounds and disciplines

— Prop, set, soft, food, or on-figure styling experience is a bonus

— Must have a vehicle for prop shopping and supply runs

— Able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically

— Based in Fort Worth or ready to be — minimum 24–29 hours per week, in-office at $12/hour

WHAT WE OFFER

— Paid internship at $12/hour

— Hands-on experience across prop styling, set building, wardrobe, and on-set production

— Real shoots for real brands — the kind you’ll want in your portfolio

— Collaboration with photographers, videographers, art directors, and content creators all under one roof

— A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)

— A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot

OUR CULTURE

We don’t believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we’re not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs.

Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It’s fine. We’re professionals who know every day is better working together.
